Terms of Service

By accessing or using EduVault ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, students, instructors, and administrators.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• One account per email address. You may not create multiple accounts.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Instructor accounts are created exclusively by the platform administrator — not through self-registration.
• Accounts found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms will be suspended or deleted.

• Enrolment in a course grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access that course content.
• You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your enrolled courses.
• You may not download, reproduce, distribute, or resell course content without explicit written permission from the instructor and EduVault.
• Certificates are issued to the individual student and may not be transferred or claimed by another person.
• For training programs, you must complete each phase in the prescribed sequential order.

• You grant EduVault a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute your course content on the platform.
• All content you upload must be original or you must hold the rights to use it. Copyright infringement will result in immediate account suspension.
• Course content must not contain illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or deceptive material.
• All courses must be submitted for admin review before publication. The admin may reject content that does not meet quality standards.
• You are responsible for grading submissions and responding to student queries in a timely manner.
• Revenue sharing terms are agreed upon separately during the onboarding process.

Payment for paid courses is processed by Razorpay. By purchasing a course, you agree to Razorpay's payment terms.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment is required before content access is granted. Instalments are not supported.
• Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
• Coupon codes may not be combined and are subject to expiry and usage limits set by the admin.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or platform systems.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, instructors, or administrators.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without permission.
• Circumvent any technical measures designed to protect the platform or its content.

EduVault and its logo, design, and underlying technology are the property of EduVault and protected by intellectual property laws. Course content created by instructors remains the property of the respective instructors. Certificates issued by EduVault remain the property of EduVault and are licensed to students for personal use. You may not reproduce the EduVault brand or platform design without written permission.

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time with reasonable notice to affected users. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to EduVault in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. You agree to resolve disputes through negotiation before resorting to legal proceedings.
