Refund Policy

Our guidelines for course purchase refunds and cancellations.

Overview

EduVault aims to deliver high-quality learning experiences. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we offer refunds under the conditions outlined in this policy. All refunds are processed manually by our admin team and are subject to eligibility review. There is no automated refund system.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • You have completed less than 30% of the course content.
  • The request is submitted through our Contact page with your transaction ID and reason.
  • You have not previously received a refund for the same course.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The refund request is submitted more than 7 days after purchase.
  • You have completed more than 30% of the course.
  • A certificate has already been issued for the course.
  • The course was obtained using a coupon that made it free or near-free.
  • The purchase was for a Training cum Internship Program and you have submitted any tasks.
  • Account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Visit our Contact page.
  2. Select "Billing / Payment" as the inquiry type.
  3. Include your registered email address, transaction ID (from your invoice), course name, and your reason for the refund.
  4. Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
  5. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during purchase:

  • UPI / Net Banking: 1–3 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days (depends on your bank)
  • Wallets (Paytm, etc.): 1–2 business days

Refunds are processed in INR. EduVault is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by your bank.

Course Access After Refund

Once a refund is approved and processed, your access to the course will be revoked immediately. Any certificates issued for that course will also be revoked. Your account will remain active for other courses.

Free Courses & Admin-Granted Access

Free courses and courses granted by the admin at no charge are not eligible for monetary refunds. If you have issues with free course access, please contact our support team.
